Flats planned for former Fife library
Plan to turn a formner Kirkcaldy library into flats have been lodged.
Shine Properties want to develop the former C-listed Sinclairtown library and clinic.
It is seeking planning permission from Fife Council for seven flats at the Loughborough Road property which dates back to 1930.
The developer’s plans include parking spaces and a small private garden area.
